Appliance Malfunction Floods Rural Joplin Home

An appliance supply line busted while this couple was away watching a high school football game. Upon returning home late that evening they found the kitchen and dining area as well as parts of the living room, master bedroom and master bathroom flooded. 

The day was also opening day to rifle season for area deer hunters, which their agent was participation. The agent was a rock star, answering his customers call from deer camp after 11 pm that evening. The agent immediately called us and a SERVPRO team was on site in under an hour. 

The laminate floor was a casualty and the wet flooring was removed in order to began drying. After mitigation and drying had begun the remainder of the laminate was removed and completely replaced.
