Hot Water Heater Leak in KS

Over the weekend there was a small water loss caused by a leak in the hot water heater. It leaked in to the living room and affected both the carpet and padding. While no extraction was needed and the customer already had a dehumidifier in place, it was still necessary to set a few fans to help with the drying process. The carpet was dry the next day, but it was clearly dirty and needed to be cleaned to help with the discoloration. We went in the day after the carpet was dry and cleaned the carpet and the customer was more than satisfied with the end result.
