Drains Cannot Keep Up In Parsons Office

As seen in the before image heavy rains fell on this southeast Kansas business office and the drainage set for such events just could not keep up. The overloaded system backed up into the office around floor drains and other vulnerable areas. 

The area pictured was minor compared other areas of the office as just a little water escaped through the drain cap. This area was able to be dried with standard drying methods. The glue down carpet in other areas became so saturated the glue failed. In theses areas the carpet needed to be removed as part of the mitigation.
